I HIGHLY recommend Isaac. I agree, he had a Master Gunsmith for his teacher. John would be quite proud of him and his work, no doubt.

Nice rifle.
Not crazy about the look, but the Weatherby Monte Carlo style stock fits me very well and is comfortable to shoot.

I love the look and it fits me really well too. I own 4 rifles with the Weatherby style stock and am a huge fan of them.

Good looking rig. How do you like the B&C stocks and M40 vs the Sporter? I am thinking about putting a B&C Sporter on a Browning A-Bolt to replace the factory composite stalker stock. Love them. I don't think you'd go wrong doing what you are thinking on.

Nice looking rig Billy. Did yer dog claim the 308???? LOL Sadie has tried to do that but I'm holding out. She gets her own rifle I won't ever get to kill another deer.  The Lord God above one day will call me home, if the rapture doesn't happen first. He blessed me with two beautiful daughters and two great son-in-laws. My wife has been instructed by me that when that day comes around, my son-in-laws are to each get one of my Gallagher custom rifles. I have not designated who gets which rifle, I'll let them work that out...
