Man ifn yal gettin mites/bugs in or on your mounts, y'all shouldn't not skimp on your mounts OR choose another Taxidermist š¤·š¾āāļø It is a mount I let a guy in Kentucky do. The others were done in Alabama buy a legit taxidermist and they are okay. The one that the other guy did looked like crap and it shows now. I took it out of the house and Iām going to get the horns off of it. I checked over all the others and they seem to be okay. Headed to Walmart to get some lice spray now to put on the others. Yeah i imagine it's possibly a dry preserved gone bad š¤·š¾āāļø But we have a few guys (some taxidermists one here) that will probably chime in and give ya some better advice š

I would agree ifn it is dust mites (but they're mighty hard to spot with the naked eye) but he didn't specify what type of mites š BUT I've helped one of the best Full time Taxidermist in South Mobile County on numerous occasions in the 20 plus years I've know him š
