Interesting story with two of the bucks in this pic from about 8 years ago. The horse with a rack standing broadside on the right is the biggest 6pt I believe I’ve ever seen. He was never killed. My buddy took this pic and a short video of him fighting the 3yo 8pt standing beside him from his stand one evening. He never got a shot at either. The buck on the left is an 8yo 9pt. I had an encounter with him several weeks prior and took a 33 yard shot at him. Unfortunately my shot was high and skimmed him across his back at the shoulders. He was never taken as well. If you zoom in on the pic you can see where I hit him.
