It’s easier to set up stands for gun hunting to b spook free - w bow u usually right on top of - the dirt trail leading straight away from my small field and being able to keep me and the shooting house between deer helps - I can get out pretty silent on dirt trial in the woods

My big field in Clarke - i got the ground blind about 45 yards off the field (for gun hunting) - the way the timber is - b hard to push it any further away - if I could set it about 60-70 yards off the field - they would never know I was there - that’s ideal. Thats the best gun set up I hav. The other 2 gun stands I am about 10 yards off field - best I can do w timber being thick - on a windy day I can get out - I hunt those stands less to keep them fresh - if I never got detected - I could hunt more. I miss having a place where I could set up my stand and always leave undetected - the results hav been awesome when I can do this - how I got my mounters - pressure not as important - they never now u there - just hunt wind and your good
