Another stinker today

Dang, do they spray when you kill em?

If you give them a shot of acetone they go to sleep before they spray. Ive never shot one and it not spray. I save all i can and put it in glass jars with plastic lids. It eats through metal quick

The ones I’ve killed didn’t spray. But when the buzzards find them, it is horrible

Couldn't get this sob out for nothing. Finally got my dp anyways

One trap stepped around lot and dirt hole messed with - nothing

Will try to set 3 more this afternoon if can - was not able yesterday

I just went and pulled mine, I’ll set again later

Had cat step in 2 of my traps - did not fire

I cover w peatmoss then blend dirt over - make it look all natural w just the hole - one of my trapping buddies said he did not use peat moss first to fill in around tongue - just puts wax paper over tongue then covers w peatmoss and dirt. He leaves it empty around the tongue so it go odd better (just puts wax paper over then covers w dirt and peatmoss )

Any u guys do that ? Just covering w peat moss then dirt usually does pretty good

I prob need to wax some of my older traps too

I put wax paper over mine before I cover with dirt, need something to keep dirt from getting under the pan. I’m still learning but that’s what I was told

Still learning to - the peat moss works it’s sponge like - but I am thinking the wax paper may be better and one other thing I need to do is wax traps. My K9 extreme traps prob good - but I got some old traps I need to wax
