I don’t usually bow hunt in the rain but since it’s our last morning at Uchee creek I’m here. About 30’ up a big pine on the edge of some young long leaf. Lots of trails coming through this narrow spot that I’m watching.

Doe came walking up to 30 and bedded down before I could get a shot. 5 mins later the wind swirled to her and she got up and made a few quick steps. Stuck her at 41yds and heard her crash.

Congrats Coosa. Set up in a ladderstand in the hardwoods. Started easing in about 1:30 and saw an ass load off deer. They’re definitely on their feet after the rain finally moved through.
