Ive been awiaiting confirmation for awhile to say..but the deer has been successfully recovered Thank goodness I dont think I would gotten any sleep tonight without that confirmation...  Anyone have a pic...

I will shortly..the deer was shot by my 14yo cousin..its the firs deer he has ever killed with a bow. He shot the deer yesterday evening and made a not so great shot, he thought he had missed until they found a little blood and by the boys story it sounded like a flesh wound to potentially a low back gut hit. My brother was with him and his daddy and they all backed out and opted to get a dog because the youngan said it was a big buck an we did have a dandy or two on camera…the boy an his daddy had to leave due to work and school, so they headed home and my brother decided to follow up in the daylight. Thanks to Matt and a fine gentleman with some fine dogs they went straight to the deer this mornin..it was a very nice deer and the shot was actually not that bad..but the boy was shooting low poundage and it was 32yds..so he didnt get a ton of penetration..but he got enough. My reason for waiting on picks is…the little feller dont know yet..😎 he aint had an easy life an he deserves this more than anyone i know..and he is about to have a very special evening🇺🇸
