I’ve tried dozens of IPA’s. I just can’t acquire the taste for it. And that Snake Handler is about 10% ABV. Don’t take too many of those to get you where you want to be. It’s weird. The first IPA I tried was a seasonal called Accumulation. It was like someone sprayed potpourri in my mouth. I couldn’t finish it. I stuck to porters and brown ales for about a year after that. Then out of the blue I started craving an IPA even though the only one I’d ever tried disgusted me. Now that’s about the only beer I drink.
