I sent her a message too Jono in case yours wasn't going through. It appears from her FB page that this is her son's therapy dog and her son's name is John Scruggs. I messaged him as well.
Hopefully someone will reach out to you. Have you brought the pup home from your hunting property yet? If you are able, I think that is what I'd do since the owner has been located, and all left to do is to make contact.
That way, maybe he wouldn't disappear again. Keep us updated. Yeah we ended up bringing it home. It's at my friends house since I have two dogs here that I wasn't sure would like having another around. I might be a sucker, but I didnt want to leave it and the hunting land is 2 hours from my house. So it will just be another excuse to drive out there to hunt tomorrow
