So I wonder if I could get the consensus of the aldeer mechanics on a minor tractor issue? I was using it for a dozer and a limb reached up and grabbed the hydraulic tubes in the front. It bent one of them a good bit, but thankfully didn't break it. I can curl the bucket and it doesn't quite touch the bent line, but comes close. I'm afraid that if I try to bend it back to the normal position I may break it, so I'm inclined to just run it like it is. Anyone think that's a bad idea and ought to take the risk of bending it back the way it was? Any tips on the best way to bend it if I decide to do it? The only thing that is going to hurt is other crap getting hung on it and snatching it off. Call JD and find out what new one cost. Be working on putting that money back( it won't break till the day you need it most, I promise!) Then be careful with it, and fix it when it breaks. That's what I would do.

Bend it back and put the protective cover back on that area.
If it breaks, any hydraulic shop can make a new line.
Just take the old one with you for measurements.

You could take it off.....take two.2x4's about 2 feet long and secure them to the jaws of a Vise with zip ties. Have someone hold one end and you the other....place in vise and Slowwwwwly tighten down on it. It may not be perfectly straight....but close. I've done this before.

I would try flexing it back some. But I’m surprised there is that much flex while still running almost parallel with the other lines.

Grab it and bend it back in place. Those lines are pretty tough. I’ve done it many times on mine. Just pull slowly on it. Get your welder buddy to weld you some bolts on each end of that tube and put you a cover over them. Also put some folded up inner tube under those lines to stop them from rubbing on that tube. The vibration will eventually rub a hole in them.

Ive bent mine back and it didnt break. You might also put a couple of big hose clamps around the lines to hold them in place so it dont happen again. If you leave it like that, itll cause you problems later.

Get the replacement part and continue using the old bent one as it is and when it gives up the ghost you’ll have the replacement readily available

Bend/shape it just don’t make a sharp bend. Hose clamps with a rubber lining it tryraps/zip ties.

Bend it back...had one on my Kubota that looked just about like that. I bent it back...it's still not perfectly straight but looks a little better

Those lines are bent on every loader we have. Ours don't look like they are as snag prone bent as that one. If ours looked like that I would use a piece of old electrical wire or hay string to pull it back somewhat in place.

I would bend it slightly back into place and put a couple of those black heavy duty wraps on it We use our FEL like a bulldozer, even in situations where we shouldnt. Had this happen several times. Gently bend it back as flat as possible against the frame then run several of the big zip ties to hold it. Just something that sometimes happens when you are working a tractor in thick stuff.
