Extra large doe. POA was high shoulder. Either it stepped when she tripped the trigger or she missed.Same difference. The blood trail wa about fifty yards and sufficient for an 11yo girl to follow by flashlight. Chest high clearcut.

It'd bet that 62g Fusion pushed by a 22-250 or 22 Valkyrie would sho nuff be bad juju on anything but a big ol buck.

If you go up to 22-250 powder capacity you might could push the 75gr version to the same speed as 223 62gr. Takes handloads and a fast twist 22-250 to do. That's 30% less recoil than 100gr 243.

Is that bullet available for handloading? The 62 gr. Fusions.

I think it's sold as Speer Gold Dot, but I haven't really looked. I did see Nosler 64gr solid base bonded on shooters pro shop recently.

22Creedmoor would be interesting driving 75-90gr 22 bullets really fast and proper twists.

We been shooting Hornady superformance match 75gr hollow points they do great

77gr sierra does very similar work, IME.
