We have 5 chickens. All are right at or almost 2 years old. Once they started laying, they were all basically laying every day. A couple of months ago we started to get 1 egg a day. Then 2 molted and we haven't gotten any. Molting is over. All hens seem healthy. What could it be? They seem totally normal but don't lay. Been feeding 22% layer pellets forever. Even back when they were laying. Mixed breeds.

But it was still warm when they quit and the days were longer. And they gave eggs last winter. Any ideas of other possible causes?

Have you watched them closely to make sure they didn't start eating the eggs they were laying? If they ever start that it's hard to stop them. They will eat yolks and shells.
When my birds turn 2 years old, I sell them and start over.
You don't get a lot of eggs beyond 2 years old.

You don't get a lot of eggs beyond 2 years old. My experience also. After 2 years or so, mine stop laying.
Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.
My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

Do they have access to sunlight? That can be the difference between a few eggs and no eggs. Mine always got slow in the winter regardless.

Daylength is slowly increasing. That should fix it. If they're not laying by early February, then you've got issues.
