I have looked online and do not think I have found what I know I have seen here in the past.
Trying to get a young man with some special needs a way to shoot a rifle with the cross hairs actually being on the phone. He has some issues with vision and focusing looking through the scope. I have an Android, but can get access to an iphone if needed.

Hoping to find the right tool to make this happen. Thanks in advance.

Get something like this and just put it on the scope and use your camera on your phone

Costly but this will do it. https://www.tactacam.com/shop/fts/
And you will have to have the Tactacam also.

You could get one of the adapters for a scope/spotting scope that holds the camera where it needs to be, then just pull up the camera application on the phone and itโ€™ll work.

I should clarify, I donโ€™t use it for how youโ€™re describing but it would work the same way. I put it on there to look at targets when Iโ€™m sighting in. Makes adjustments really easy when you just look at the screen

Ive got one of the devices freestatehunter recommended. I put it on an un mounted scope so i could take pictures of deer with my phone while i was in the shooting house. I had a really hard time holding it still enough to see the deer. I imagine a spotting scope would make it much easier. Theyre pretty cheap so youre not out much if it dont pan out. Having it on a gun might help too. However, if holding the gun steady is the problem already, i dont think this will help much

We will have the gun in a sled type mount, so it won't move

Triggercam 2.1 is the best option on the market right now, by FAR.

Iโ€™ve tried just about everything.

With Triggercam, you can have the rifle on a sled or a tripod and have the phone set up in front of you like a monitor, totally unconnected to the rifle.

You might look on the Kentucky Afield website. I saw them doing hunts with this set up.

I was curious what options are out there as well.

Are you:
1) Needing to mount the phone to the scope
The mounting bracket is not too expensive, and the easiest of the options. You can use an old phone, as long as the camera still works. Someone will give you one if you don't have one.

2) Or do you need a camera on the scope can be set on a bench ($$)
https://www.amazon.com/BESTSIGHT-Digital-Hunting-Portable-Display/dp/B0768BHHFY/ref=sr_1_11?crid=LI3T52A7XEKJ&keywords=Eagle+Vision+GoPro+Scope+Cam&qid=1673445798&s=sporting-goods&sprefix=eagle+vision+gopro+scope+cam+%2Csporting%2C173&sr=1-11

3) Looks like ATN makes a scope with bluetooth & recording capabilities in it. ($$$) No idea about the quality
https://www.amazon.com/theOpticGuru-X-Sight-4k-Bluetooth-Streaming-Controls/dp/B07N1378FT?th=1

4) https://triggercam.com/

5) There are gopro scope mounts

#1 would be something like
