I walked over the top of a hill that overlooked where a dirt road just ended in the woods and saw two cars parked there. At first I thought it was a drug deal or something. I eased up a little closer and could see it was a man pouring it to a woman on the hood of one of the cars.
Another time I found an old 70’s model pickup in a pine thicket that looked like it had just been hand placed amongst the trees. No trees had grown through it but had all around it. Probably 10” diameter or better trees.
If voting made any difference, they wouldn’t let us do it.-Mark Twain

Gianormous sink hole on the Southern end of Jacob's Mt. It's probably 60' across and 100' wide. Take one step and the next time your feet touch earth would be about 200' less elevation. Over toward Williams cove? Lol that's a big un I'm not sure where Williams Cove is but we're likely talking about the same place if it's on the southern end of Jacob's Mt. Williams Cove is on the west side of Jacobs, not the South. There are several big arse holes/caves around Jacobs Mountain

Been working in woods for 40 years . I seen it all. I found thousands of helium balloons that float back to ground. Almost daily. Tree stands growed into trees. I could almost make a living removing old tree stands for scrap from logging jobs. Many unattended grave sites . Skidded over a black graveyard before someone told us what it was . That’s bad feeling . Found meth labs in duffle bags and lots ol whiskey stills, burned stolen vehicles . One forester we worked with found a human skeleton in Hardin county tn. Many abandoned wells an cisterns . Most time I cover them up. Dead dogs and dead cows folks dump out . Make me sick to find deer carcasses dumped with just the back straps taken out .

It fits metals description pretty good. At one time, I had gps data to every documented cave/sink on that property. For the life of me, I can’t find it anywhere. ![[Linked Image]](https://i.imgur.com/ArjOlArl.jpg)

How the heck did that buck end up with the bottom end of a can on its snout? Lol Hell if I know?!? The bottom of the can looked like it had been chewed on by squirrels. It had been on there a while and had cut a ring all the way down to the bone. The deer was still able to eat since it’s lower jaw was free.

A dude in all black carrying a suppressed M14 with a starlight scope on the Spidle Lake corps land back around the mid to late 80s. The Green Beret colonel that was with us pointed out the weapon and that the dude was walking through leaves in a hurry without hardly any sound. Got in a boat and left the area.

When I was around 18 I was Turkey scouting one afternoon and saw a dude and chick sitting on the side of road. Naturally, I stopped to see if they needed help. The guy came over and said they had been partying the night before and their friends left them. I was already regretting stopping while noticing he looked pretty rough. He asked if I’d take them to the nearest gas station and I foolishly said yes. He walked back over to the chick and he grabbed a set of nunchucks and stuffed them in his jacket! I was thinking what the hell have I done! Then the chick comes and gets in the cab of my truck and she had been beat to hell! She had black eyes busted lip dried blood on her face. The dude rode in the bed of my truck and I fully expected at some point he was going to try and come through the cab and kill me and I’d have to try and sling him out! Thankfully he didn’t and I dropped them off at the gas station. I’m reluctant to stop for anyone after that experience. I have hunted the management area exclusively for 25yrs and have yet to see any nudity! Dangit!!!

Not seen but heard on Lowdnes WMA: about 15 yrs ago, hunting south side of Jake Road one morning. Got setup and just waiting on one to walk by. Everything's quiet and then an Islamic call to prayer song/chant comes rolling through the woods... Turns out there is/was a Muslim community nearby at White Hall. Found this interesting story about a fugitive on the run from Atlanta that ended up there: article link

Saw a mountain lion at 11:30 one day on the Eufaula Wildlife Refuge while I was loading a buck I had shot. The cat was 6-8 ft. long from nose to tip of very long tail and the color of a deer. No mistaking it at 80-100 yards up a two-rut road in the broad daylight. That was around 2003 or 2004.
In January of 2005, buddy and I saw 3 UFO's in Baker Hill, AL while driving from one hunting camp to another with a nice 8 point in the truck. It was 9:00 at night. We came around the turn in the road, and those things were just hovering 30 ft. off the ground in a cow pasture. We stopped to look. One flew over to us to check us out, then flew back over to his buddies. They all three flew off at an enormous speed. No engine noise...Just crickets the whole experience. You serious Clark

It's been a long time since I actually saw or set foot there so I guess my memory is a bit foggy. I hunted the area back in the old B&G Hunting club days. Mid 1990s I guess. It is indeed on the Western side of Jacob's Mt. Well, the hole is, as I'm still not sure of the name of the place. Williams Cove sounds good to me though. I didn't see it on the map. The crosshair marks the spot. Of course it wasn't public back then, but it is now. ![[Linked Image]](https://i.imgur.com/nCpsaDW.jpg)
