If it's my daily driver I'd turn them if they are in fair shape and turnable , if not I'd replace them. 100k seems like they'd at least need a little resurface turning. If it were my old farm/hunting truck , I might let them slide and just replace pads.

If you can turn them and still be in tolerance why wouldn’t you? If you have to get new rotors get good ones not Chinese. ^^^^

Turn or replace…I cheaped out and just replaced pads last time and the old rotors had built up a “haze” on the surface. Stop perfectly fine but squeal like a banshee, particularly when reversing.

They can get hot spots too . Kinda shack when you press the brakes

Truck doing fine, but time for new pads. Is there a reason to replace rotors if rotors are not currently not feeling warped/vibrating? Truck and rotors have 100k miles. With my old hunting truck (98 z71) I bought a new pair of rotors so I could install everything all at the same time. I took the old rotors and had them turned and put them away for the next time. I usually do them at 45k-50k miles.
I love my country, but don't trust my government.

You should either replace or turn the old rotors. You are FAR better off turning a set of Genuine or high-quality aftermarket rotors than buying a cheap set to replace with. Some Napa locations will turn rotors, and most O'reilley locations will turn them. going price is t$25 a piece. I like to replace with Genuine when I can get a decent price, but often use aftermarket rotors from Ate, Zimmerman or Brembo. I've used the high-end Napa brand rotors in a couple of cases with good results when I was in a bind and needed some fast.

Thanks fellas. Going to go ahead and replace everything I guess. My guess you looking at 400 in parts , plus labor. Damn bearings on a truck are high

I would get the lifetime pass from O'Reilly. Haven't paid for a set since 2014. Long as you keep the vehicle they'll replace them if they wear out.
