Most business owners, bosses, managers and etc are bad leaders of people. Not saying you are, but when you are dealing with all kind of personalities you need particular leadership skill sets.
It’s what makes really good coaches, really good. IMO.
Some guys can take strait forward bossing, some need it indirect and need loved and nurtured. It’s a wild world. Lol Bullchit. I see this kind of stuff on social media all the time. Employees quit because of bad management. If bad management includes expecting employees to be on time, stay off of their cell phones, off of porn sites, take 5 minute chits instead of 20 minute chits, stay focused on what they are doing to minimize mistakes, etc, etc, etc. Then I guess that is true. I play marriage counselor, financial advisor, momma, daddy, shrink, personal hygiene coordinator, etc and I'm still the reason they quit is what they tell their wives and friends.

Batey is right, not saying what your expecting is wrong but you have to make emotional deposits that r good to employees before u take emotional deposits from them...if all u do is take they won't be happy

I think you missed his point. All people cannot be led in the same manner, a good leader learns what motivates each individual. He wasnt talking about people screwing up, only leadership
