That’s awesome to hear that we are at or near the top again. Unfortunately, I likely won’t be much of a contributor this season. Just as I had gotten my son a couple of deer and was transitioning to my turn to hunt some I had a treestand strap break on me while hunting with a buddy over the Christmas holidays.

I fell from the top stick of a lock-on set and shattered my left ankle and broke my left Fibia below the knee. Fortunately, aside from those broken bones, a dislocated big toe and some bruised ribs I was ok. I am very thankful that those were the only injuries sustained, so I try not to gripe much. I have heard some absolute horror stories since sharing with others what occurred.

Hopefully, y’all are able to pull out a W even with me sitting on the sidelines.
