ts1979flh OP 10 point Joined: Jul 2007 Posts: 3,415 Moulton	Made some egg rolls tonight. They are made with mozzarella, shredded parmesan, sautéed onions and meatballs. Served with warm pizza sauce with grated parmesan. I used frozen meatballs. Next time I’ll make homemade. These were really good though.

Chop up your flank steak, onions and peppers fine (cooked obviously), spread thin mayo on inside of egg rolls, add provolone to mixture, roll them up and fry, dip in cheez whiz
