I'm 63 and wish I hadn't , some of these whippersnappers are all to pieces.

I am 57 and had let my weight get out of control. Lost 60 lbs. over about a year and feel much better. Still have aches/pains after a strenuous day but can be managed with over the counter meds and heating pad. My Dad lived to be 85 and was very active until he was about 83 or so.

I’m 44 and have recently ruptured a disc. 44 is how old I was when I realized I wasn’t 20 anymore 😂

53 for me. Started noticing my reflexes and hand/eye coordination wasn’t what is once was. Actually started feeling old…..in my walk… balance….. so weird growing older. My brain doesn’t match my body though. Still have a sixteen year old’s sense of humor.

72 still do any and everything by myself. Built an attached double car garage at 70 just remodeled our master bath first part of last year and finished adding a downstairs full bath about two weeks ago. I have slowed a little but I feel if I stop I’d never get started again.

around 40 you get alot of the bugs worked out and don't get sick as often. at 49 health issues hit like a ton of bricks, then your body gets so effiecient at processing food that you wish you would get sick every year just to loose weight.


oh yeah, I consider anything over 50 the bonus years, if you made it to 50 you had a full life don't worry about it

I'll be 67 in a couple of months. I have noticed people "Holding the door", for me as I cripple along...lol

bout to turn 60, feel great most days, if i work my ass of on the farm it hurts the next day, turkey season is here can I wake up every morning like I used to, I just hope for a rain day about every 5 or 6 days..

I feel it more and more every day. Later 50s and it hurts all over. I’ll keep plugging along cause if I stop it’s over. No need to slow down. It’s all downhill now

52 and can still drink beer like I was 20 if that helps

57 - last summer the heat got to me a couple times. I had never experienced that before while working the acreage. It wasn't heat stroke, but the heat sure zapped the energy.

I’m 55, I work everyday except Sunday from 7-5, I am a VW tech, I’m the oldest tech in the shop and I run circles around the young techs in the shop, God has blessed me with good health , but the stress of being on flat rate and age is starting to get to me. In January of 22, I got my CDL, I plan on joining my friend in driving hotshot, but the way things are right now it just doesn’t make sense. As the saying goes, getting old ain’t for vaginas!!!!

Same here, 58 and still feel pretty good, I try to exercise several times a week and I am always walking somewhere....

In my 40’s it took a lot longer to heal up from injuries like sprained ankles. 50’s required shoulder surgery, ankle, hands etc. 60-61 energy to work 15-16 days is not there any longer.
