I have a lot of elbow problems, try dead hanging, I just hang on a pull up bar. I also use compression type elbow brace and it helps a lot.

My family has used it during the time it was a prescription drug.
Helps for sure.
Glad you found some relief.

Is it better than Bio-Freeze? If so then I’ll try it out. I hurt all the time. Yes, it does.

At one point they were making a Voltaren pill. A podiatrist prescribed a 30 day treatment of it for arthritic foot pain I was having 5-6 years ago. That was the best joint pain free 30 days I've had since I hit my 50's.
I tried to get my internal medicine doc to prescribe it for me and he refused. Said it would kill your kidneys.
I've tried the gel and it seemed to help then I started taking Turmeric twice a day and found that it works even better for me. I'm off of the NSAIDS now, trying to save my kidneys. They still make it. I had it prescribed for me last year after all the other things I tried for plantar fasciitis did not get rid of the pain. This did the most to eliminate the pain until it was bearable. I took them as directed for the first couple of weeks I guess, then I started spacing them out so I wasn't taking them every day and I have now quit them altogether, but still have them in case I have a really bad day or know that I am going to be doing something that will be highly aggravating to the situation. I did just have lab work done Nov. 1st, though and she told me my kidney labs looked good. I am not one to want to take anything on a regular basis anyway, so it has to be pretty bad for me to take anything regular long term. I usually add some turmeric powder to my scrambled eggs and I try to stay low carb to lessen the inflammation and I think that is why I am not feeling like I have to take those any more on a daily basis.

PYhunter, I take turmeric every day. Why? I don't know. My wife thinks it's a good idea. It probably is a good idea as it has anti-inflammatory properties. If there are any negative side effects, I have not seen or heard about them.

PYhunter, I take turmeric every day. Why? I don't know. My wife thinks it's a good idea. My buddy is internal medicine Dr. He reads medical journals all the time and picked up on the benefits of Turneric years ago, started taking it himself with good results. I was taking a bunch of ibuprofen at one point and my lab work showed that it was damaging my kidneys so he put the whammy on the NSAIDS. He had me start with 1000mg of Turmeric each day. I could tell it was helping after a month. I haven't had any side effects..
