Later that night, I had the radio playing while trying to find insurance paperwork and other documents I knew we'd be needing. The song came on and I lost it...and I head it several times over the next few days. I was telling my sister later that week and she said she had heard "Daddy's Hands" several times over the previous few days. It was like Daddy was talking to us through the radio. No telling how many times I had heard Jamey Johnson's "Lead Me Home" and never really paid attention to it until we were trying to find songs for Mom's funeral. I had my playlist on my phone on shuffle one day while out and about getting ready for Mom's funeral and it came on. I decided then and there that would be played at mom's services. To this day, any time I hear either song I can't hold the tears back
