I'd call Austin Brennen with Mainline. $150ish and he can run a camera through the system and try to locate it, if it's still in the pipes. Otherwise you're gonna need a shovel, a bunch of buckets, wading boots and a strainer. Gonna suck to be you if it's not in the lines near the toilet.
Character is not developed in moments of temptation and trial. That is when it is intended to be used.
