I love catching them and eating them. Best way to cook is the Morrison Restaurant receipe. I use to drown those suckers with the tartar sauce growing up. Weekley trips to the Morrison's at the mall in Opelika when I visited my grandmother at the dormitory she ran / owned in Auburn. http://www.hungrybrowser.com/phaedrus/mpmorrisons.htm

Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.
My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

I appreciate the solid lead! Threw a gotcha plug and landed 3 Thursday morning and lost 3-4 more! West side of the pass is open for the most part, there a section about 120 yards long open and they have a section in the middle closer to the bridge where ab a 100 yard section is still closed though! My daughter wanted to go Friday morning so we got up early and was there before 7am and didn’t see a single fish hit the deck, crazy because everyone was catching them Thursday morning! Baked them up in the condo with a lemon pepper mix I found at publix Thursday night then made sandwiches with cold fillets and Mayo the next couple days!

Trolled for them 2 days ago. Me and my buddy caught maybe 35 and brought home 29. About to fry them up with some friends.

They definitely can come in out in waves. One minute they'll be packed and a few minutes later there won't be any in the area

Best Spanish recipe IMO.. scale with knife and get all the gray sludge off, fillet and cut out red line, marinate in zesty Italian for fifteen minutes, not longer or it will start to cook, pat dry, sprinkle a little seasoning of your liking, roll in Italian breadcrumbs then place on a super hot grill for a couple minutes pe side. Use a basket if possible. This. Tigger fish is good with zesty Italian
