I didn't read any reports on it because all google returned were liberal rags. May as well read a cereal box if you want information as that.
If you want to see an American reporter showing what is going on over there look up Patrick Lancaster on youtube. that dudes a pro russian retard. He actually worked for russian state media companies. And the retard part is because he has gotten several of his commie buddies killed because he didn't understand opsec or geospatial data
