Yep I personally would pay it for sure if decent hunting. Sounds like a good spot.

How many members?

If everyone has at least 100 acres then that’s a bargain (4500 acres = 45 members). I’d venture to say that nobody is paying less with at least 100 acres per member and getting turkey rights

I wouldnt even dare try to turkey hunt 4500 acres with 45 people having turkey rights. LOL. That's flat out crazy to the point of actually being dangerous, from a safety perspective.

Deer hunting alone with a camphouse and year-round use of 4500 acres for $1200 is a real good deal.

I’d bump it to at least $2200 and cut down membership if I was you. But everyone is different.

We don’t have NEAR 45 folks that turkey hunt. Honestly, have about 5 that are what I would call turkey hunters. A couple that try it once or twice a year.

We also have river access year round.

Our lease went up and I’m all for going up on dues. Trying to show our President just how cheap we really are and that we can get folks to pay $1,000-$1,200.

You are correct. Only 5 getting out this year, and those spots are filled.

If I were in your club and paying those dues... it would be the lowest dues I have ever paid!

That’s dirt cheap. I’d pay $2k for lower members.

If you want quality hunting then keep membership at about twenty with limited quests.

I pay a lot more than that for less land.

Kinda depends on your goals. Do you want stable membership with few problems? Keep it lower and make people line up to get in and worry about being kicked out. If you just want to maximize profit and don't mind drama, jack it up deal with people trying to get as much out of it as they pay in.

WOW, very reasonable. Depending on membership. Like others have said, reduce membership, 2000 dues, even better.

Do $4000-$5000 dues and that would cut memberships way down!
