Mine up here in west Tennessee we’re ready to go the week before the new season dates and then we had a big green up. Screw the politicians. The biologists voted against it

Our trip was last weekend of April, everything was green and fields grown up

My experience as well. After the the second weekend it was pretty much over for me. Don’t even think I’ll go again. Ridiculous to try to chase a turkey Memorial Day weekend.

It was a great season. Wrapped it up with double on the last morning to get a limit. I personally outside of the heat dont have any issues with season being pushed back. My success has been equal to or greater since season went in to May.

It did not seem to hurt the hunting on my place. Two got shot the last week and there was one in my big field strutting his stuff yesterday
