IMO shows what he thinks about CNN and the media, as well, even after the last 6-7 years. They're all fake, yet he uses them to his needs and when he wants something. They're good when they blow him. CNN was terrible for five years or so, but now with a new boss he's ready to give them another shot with a live appearance. It's transactional with him with the news media. Always has been, from 30+ years ago in NYC to today.

Nothing new, though, and nothing anyone should be surprised about. He's just using CNN the way they're using him, for ratings and probably hopeful that he'll say something crazy.

Well, I watched the last half of the town hall and Trump held his own against the obvious bias of the CNN moderator, Kaitlan Collins. She's from Alabama and a disgrace to our state.The audience seemed to love Trump and certainly didn't agree with her heavy handed attempts to derail Trump. He did call her a nasty person once and the audience applauded. In my opinion, Trump did well.
