The Republicans won't do anything. They can impeach these people and/or remove them. At the end of the the day the House has the oversight.
This is what will happen: Nothing. They will have a hearing and Garland will get completely taken out behind the proverbial woodshed. Then Garland will go back to his office and keep going.
IMO Republicans don't want Trump either.
No government employees were harmed in the making of this mess.
