Steamed veggies seasoned w tony sacheries & Cheyenne - next was baked cabbage steak seasoned in olive oil - Cheyenne - salt and pepper - next had a seasoned filet cooked in cast iron skillet - desert was large chocolate covered strawberry's

Think i may try one more entry by 4th. Was thinking ribs - chicken - grilled corn on cobb cooked n shuck - broccoli salad and may do more chocolate covered strawberry for desert - maybe a fruit salad

Some good lookin vitals so far. I smoked a one pork burnt ends and made a lemon icebox pie. Forgot to take pictures... planning on smoking a butt and fixings tomorrow.

Smoked a butt and some ribs today got a before on the butt but not the ribs. Will be taking both off the smoker and some corn on the cob shortly.
