Brocolli salad - redneck cavier w few tortilla chips - potato's n onions (not on plate) - corn on cobb cook on grill finished w butter and tony sacierirs - slow smoke rib around 185 for 2 1/2 hour then wrap for 3 at 200 and unwrap last hour n half on my oklahoma joe smoker - cut up watermelon and did another chocolate covered strawberry - also smoked deer sasage - all turned out well - grilled chicken not pictured

the butt is for tomorrow - cooking all nite - will show tomorrow w doctored up bake beans and sister shubert rollz

No show stopper but I did some NY strips reverse sear. First try at that. Mac and salad with toppings from the garden. Conecuh and boudin to accompany.

Just coat the cream cheese with yellow mustard, the coat heavily with your favorite bbq rub. Cheese curls, just spray lightly with cooking spray and dust with bbq seasoning. Smoke 2 hours at 250. I used hickory wood.

I mustard and powered last night. Started about 5 this morning setting on 250 for the first 4 hours or close to 150 internal temp then I’ll put in a pan. I’ll back it down to 225 put apple juice in the pan and wrap tight with foil. In the 7-8th hour or at 205 take it off the heat. I let it set in the juice for 45 minutes to an hour, I may drain some of the juice and add back if needed as I shred it. I’ll add more powder and a shot or 2 of 3 in 1 sauce.

I put 4 large butts on at 3am and in about 30 minutes I’m gonna add 8 slabs of ribs then about 10 am I’ll add 15 pound ls of conecuh. Feeding about 60 today. I wish I was better at having beer for breakfast, dang it’s hot already.
