My one and only entry Ribs and butt on the smoker Man beans with bacon sausage bell peppers and onions. Also has some pineapple Butt still cooking anonymous photo sharingSmoked mac n cheese Ribs right off the smoker

Wow! I love America! What a FANTASTIC few days off and enjoying the freedoms to live free (mostly) with my family, Worship Jesus Christ without fear, and to associate and assemble with my friends! Ladies and Gentlemen, I love this thread. Some great cooks and awesome food entries. Well Done! So here are my entries: Entry #1: July 3rd light lunch. Garden Fresh squash, zucchini and onions; Straight from the plant to the skillet fried okra; and a jalapeño and cheddar smoked bratwurst sausage (with a heavy handed slathering of mustard and cayenne pepper)
