The real heavy rain hasn't even got to that location yet. Take a look at the radar, bigger rain is coming there in the next few hours or so.

The messed up thing about that interstate bridge is that ALDOT has to wait for water to drop to inspect it before they can re-open it. If too much of the foundations are washed out then its going to be a while before the interstate can re-open through there.
