We purchased an RTIC soft-sided cooler from their website over two years ago for a trip to USVI where we needed a cooler at the end destination. I used it as my carry-on, and we’ve now done that several more times, including for our recent trip to Glacier. During that trip the zipper jammed and finally failed completely. I looked up their warranty (1 yr) and had zero expectation that they would do anything other than invite us to buy a new one. My wife (who is quite charming and persuasive) reached out to them anyway and I’ll be danged if a new cooler didn’t just arrive and they covered shipping. I figure we are always quick to share a poor customer service experience so I felt like posting an excellent experience too. Well done RTIC. ![[Linked Image]](http://i.imgur.com/4jIOk4z.jpg)

Cool they should have plenty to give away. They screwed us (and many others) on a Soft sided cooler so piss on 'em...............

It's nice they replaced the cooler but the zipper will fail again. That's the big difference between an RTIC and a Yeti.
