That does suck in a bad way. I had some ducks in mind with this field. It will normally hold some sheet water most of January. There’s a water treatment pond that holds 100s of big ducks about 1/4 mile away. Unfortunately, most of my food will be knocked out before it matured.

Just curious is it a swamp like my land. Is there a drainage problem caused by beavers Just a low field, that’s bordered by a big creek.

Normally only about 24-48hrs and then holds a couple of acres of sheet water in the low spots. But it looks like a lot more rain coming this week. If it will dry out enough, I’ll just start top sowing the hell out of it.
