You’ll be surprised how much will survive even if it just goes down for a day or so and then gets back up. Don’t count it out yet. I know a guy that is very very familiar with flooded fields.

I dont think you lost it yet. There will be a lot of it piled up where the water drains out but as long as there is seed still on the ground they will come. THat is if it is not still under water. If it dries enough that you can burn it, then light it up, trust me. Burned Millet is an amazing dove hunt.

I had the same thing happen several years ago on a 3 acre plot in a low lying area that holds water after heavy rains and most of the winter. Now I plant that plot in jap millet.
