Why has the chair swinger not been arrested?

Montgomery police are still asking a man identified as Reggie Gray to contact them for questioning. He’s allegedly the person seen in one video assaulting others with a folding chair, and more charges are expected to be coming.

At what point can or does ALEA. (ABI) step in if there is unequal application of the law? I know there are jurisdictional issue at play so not sure if that is even a valid question.

Rest assured, the majority of that money is coming from liberals in other states, that have seen only the short clip of all the white people jumping the black first mate. They havent seen the fight being restarted, the women getting punched and hit with chairs, the cheering them on by all those on the boat, none of that. Just more carefully edited and crafted narrative by the media and politicians to keep the country divided. The white instigators should definitely have been charged but so should every single person that jumped off the boat and joined in after the black good samaritan in the blue shirt that stepped in, trying to break things up and calm the situation, and had everything pretty much broken up. The law should be applied equally in all cases and with blinders, regardless of color or religion. We should all pray that God will soften the hearts of all races and bring healing and peace to our nation because we are headed to a real bad place, real fast. Charging only the white guys will do nothing more than continue to fan the flames of division.

Yes. That would stop it. I deplore any hatred to one group based on skin color, geographic, money, education, etc. My heavenly father wasnt white, rich, etc.

I look at a person by their heart, which drives actions. In this case, both groups, law enforcement, media, all failed miserably. Zero example of Gods light was shown, politicians pockets are more lined, and more division. I can hear it now, well done Wormwood......well done.

It’s a tuff call because the vendors didn’t do anything. I guess you could buy from them after they’ve gone back to their businesses. Farmers feed and seed on Fleming road gets a lot of business from me in the fall. I’m sure their not leaving Montgomery. It’s hard to boycott businesses you’ve dealt with for years and have some what of a personal relationship with the owners and employees, just because the city government has let a segment of the population down. The restaurant scene in Montgomery has gone down hill incredibly in the past few years. We go across the river or down south to eat out mostly anyway. Uber eats and grub hub are neat for delivery but you run the risk of the asshat that delivering the food eating half or not bringing it at all. I can start using the big box stores across the river too. Just have to adjust my route in the mornings. It’s not that hard. I will get to vote in the Montgomery elections for the first time ever this month. My vote will be protest vote against reed but it’ll be meh.
