Strange. Police were there when it happened and all they can do is charge him with disorderly conduct. Gotcha. š Why is that strange? I dunno. I would think hitting anyone in the head with a metal chair would be assault but it might come in handy knowing itās not. š

I imagine there is a political argument between state and local agencies about how to apply the law. I don't see that. The State guys want no part of this and they can bow out gracefully and say it is Montgomery's. Now, if they wanted to be involved, they could, but I can assure you they don't want it. AG's office might take a look if asked, but ALEA isn't going to touch it if they can avoid it.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

I keep forgetting that I know all the details and how the situation is being handled, and everyone else is just assuming. Then just go ahead and spill it all out. If you are skeered, we got your back cause we want some real honesty in this entire mess. We know the white folks phucked-up, and we know the black folks phucked up, they all phucked-up in different ways. The Captain of the boat phucked-up.
