We bought one a few years ago from Vicki’s Amish Furniture in Millbrook, AL.
We have been exceptionally happy with it.

Wife and I ran into the same problem. We lean to Modern furniture and the pickings in Dothan and Enterprise were bleak. Ended up finding a real furniture maker locally who specializes in Sinker and specialty slabs who agreed to build us one to our design. The guys work is incredible and most it is very complex super high dollar stuff for rich folk but he hooked us up. Only downside is eating off a card table for 6 months Name, contact info, website?

Check out Ethridge Tennessee Amish google it. We went a few back durning the fall. We rode back roads and hit a few stores. They sell and make custom furniture. You can get all kind of vegetables, cookies, cakes. They’re more up to date than you would think. They have websites. Some have limited electricity. Not far from me. On my list to go to. I hear the BBQ is good too.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

Beautiful and they’re around $1k

I might ride to Ethridge tomorrow if the urge strikes me. Andrew Zook makes Turkey calls too.

Bought my front porch furniture from a guy in Ethridge, don’t buy the from the store along the highway make sure you go to the houses in the community. Pretty cool to see how they live as well.

My wife and I spent 3 days in Ethridge back in May. We went to MANY of the Amish shops/homes. We have a guy there named Peter Hostetler, that is building us a custom California King platform bed. He is also building me a solid oak ammo storage cabinet that I designed myself. Both pieces are supposed to be completed by the end of September. Incredible craftsmanship and high quality work.
