Legality never made usage an issue from what i can tell. Outlaw it- outlaws will still use it. Won't impact anything but some co-op revenue and the 24 hour corn fillin' stations.

I thought basically, it was legalized because so many folks were already doing it. When I moved to Coosa county, I was told you better put corn out for your varmints because you can bet your neighbor is.
