My mother recently replaced her fridge. I can’t recall if it came “from” Lowe’s or aCOSTCO but it was third party delivery. Delivery was prompt and within a short delivery period(like a week) but one of the doors on the fridge was lightly buckled. It took her about 5 months to get it replaced. They sent the wrong side door twice. It reminded me of when they remodeled their kitchen. They went with a glass-top stove. When it was delivered they opened it up to find the whole glass top smashed. Got a replacement and same thing upon opening. After the third my dad insisted on going to the warehouse to take delivery and insure the unit was sound before taking it. They opened something like 20 boxes before they found one that wasn’t destroyed. I prefer to get mine second hand when friends move and clear house.
