Other than a monetary donation, what would be appropriate?
We are thinking about feeding them on meeting night, say KFC chicken and sides for one.
This department has touched our lives and we just want to show our appreciation.
Any better suggestions?

It only stands for drag racing, and Route 66 was my home track back in the day.

Monetary donation in my opinion. 41 years in a VFD. Most smaller debts don't have money they can just spend on something. They can equipment and gas no problem. But things like tshirts or plaques for years of service might be looked at funny in an audit. Just call the chief and ask him what he thinks. Supper at meeting night might be nice.

Put somd effort into it.. home cooked meal would really show appreciation.. other than kfc and sides.. especially if it’s more than one family doing this.. everyone could pitch in a really shoe the appreciation .. from thd heart means more than from thd local fast food joint
