It starts with a good roux. AND hobestly for the most part all the seafood gumbos are all the same.. Unless they are made with love thats the difference! , and i hate when folks start sticken shicken in Seafood Gumbo. Oh and leaving sausage out (of seafood gumbo) won't hurt my feelings none either WHO ARE YOU? SOMEONE HACK YOUR ACCOUNT? LOL
