I don't see how this isn't a 4th amendment violation.
Pretty sure they don’t give a damn about the Bill of Rights unless it suits their fancy. It is a violation and the companies that make it possible are following FCC rules, which were likely not voted on by anybody. Hopefully somebody will take it to the Supreme Court. I don't understand what the big deal is that everyone is making about this. First off... There's not a Devil behind every door stop. (Everything is not a conspiracy.) Sometimes the government needs to get in touch with everyone as efficiently as possible in case of an emergency. Secondly... Back before cell phones, or the internet, and all we had was broadcast television with 3 channels, and we thought the Soviets were going to nuke us all to hell any minute... They used to broadcast emergency tests to our TV's all the time. Everyone thought it was a good thing that we had it. Nobody was going, "iT's mAA tv aNd mY ConStiTUtionAl RhAAts are BieN ViOlaTed!"

I might of misunderstood you there Carter my bad. Yea they talked in the interview about people thinking they can cut all that off with airplane mode or cutting your phone off. It doesn’t work. You either need leave it at home or they know where you are and what your doing. Yea and it’s not just that. Credit card companies track your purchases how much, where and on what. They release reports on purchasing trends. Stores track your movements within then started Walmart started this 30 plus years ago. They tracked where you look and where you place items in your cart. They see how you pay. They charge for location tracking items on shelves depending on price points. It’s incredible how intricate their management of the actual store. Google Facebook Yahoo Twitter Here just google a subject and aldeer will have a subject on it. Information is monetized in every possible way. Sadly it also used to influence folks in numerous ways.
