I don't see how this isn't a 4th amendment violation.
Pretty sure they don’t give a damn about the Bill of Rights unless it suits their fancy.

I don't see how this isn't a 4th amendment violation.
Pretty sure they don’t give a damn about the Bill of Rights unless it suits their fancy. It is a violation and the companies that make it possible are following FCC rules, which were likely not voted on by anybody. Hopefully somebody will take it to the Supreme Court.

Did anyone have their phone in airplane mode and had it override that? That would be something terrifying, since the transmitters are allegedly off when in airplane mode.

You shoulda posted that option earlier. I'd have tried it. As it was, I forgort and I had my phone on (on silent as I'm at office) but they were going of all over the office.

Well…im good..i turned both mine off an stuckem im the tool box on my truck for 2hrs…not gitn me..one phone showed it as a message on the screen..the other didnt show nothin…

The only way to block it was to turn the phone completely off. So what happened? They could override all settings and airplane mode.

I bet there were lots of folks who work nights that had their sleep interrupted if they use their phone for a wake up alarm if they didn't set it to airplane mode.

Listened to the recent Shawn Ryan interview with Eric prince. He has a company developing their own phone and technologies that run it. Unable to be spied on and won’t watch your every move. Think the company is called unplugged.com. They suppose start rolling them out next year I think. Not cheap but may be worth it in now day and time. He said your location and all that crap won’t be tracked like with google. If the service is free, you are the product What cracks me up almost everyone has a smart phone and there are so many tracking features. Heck turn location services off and they say you’re invisible. Alrighty then I don’t think so.

I think he said the price will be 1000.00 bucks with monthly fees comparable to Verizon etc. it will be untrackable etc etc. Shawn Ryan sounded very interested in getting one. That prince guy is very knowledgeable about what’s going on in the world and world hx. I knew his hx with black water etc. it was a very good interview
