This ^^^^. Close thread. I’ll never own another rangefinder that doesn’t have a red LED display. That makes a huge difference in low light situations.

I have used a Leica and it was awesome. Why can't you send Leupold back? No warranty like on scopes?
I have a Leupold one I just got last year. It does angle compensation too I think. It wasn't supwr expensive but way better than the cheap bps one I had. I got it in 2015. from my understanding, they only have two year warranties for “electronics”. Started looking into it and there’s a lot of complaints from people that theirs died right at the two year mark. I’m sure they’ll cut me a discount on another but I’m kinda irritated it didn’t last longer, especially since I babied the one I had before and didn’t use it a ton.

I've been well pleased with my vortex razor. I did drop it out of a tree stand knocked the battery cover off, but vortex replaced it and had it back in less than 3 weeks. They did offer to send me a loaner but I just decided to gun hunt instead.
I've heard good things about the Leica too.

I’ve had a Zeiss for a while, ok years, it has remarkable glass.
