How do you know the difference in "black, tar-like" blood and just a good ol' dark black turd from something you ate?
You can't wipe the 'tar' off no matter how much wiping you do. It is VERY tar like. I nearly bled to death in '94 in Kingman, AZ. Bleeding ulcer that was just gushing blood. I got 4 pints that night and it saved my life. To the OP......Get yourself checked out
