Well, it's been a long long 5 year fight, but we finally were able to adopt baby girl. Happened last week, but been too busy to post. We fought through drug addicted parents, betraying family and general malfeasance. We lost her for a while and got her back. Finally concluded last week. She's ours forever forward. And I couldn't be happier. I'll be 70 when she graduates high school. Not how I envisioned my life, but she needed us and little did we know, we needed her. Thanks to Straycat for guidance on this journey. The lord saw fit to drop an inspection client in our lap that handled adoption. It was always meant to be. Just had to fight through the fools to make it happen.
