Likely some gentiles were there before Abraham ever went there. But it would be impossible for muslims to be there first because they were not on earth first. Right. Since the lineage of the Jews and Muslims both go back to Abraham, they pretty much both are the same age. But, to be fair, Abraham was not a muslim. But i dont think theres any proof nobody was there before Abraham got there. I think its unlikely he was first. Likely some other human had pitched a tent there before him.
