Looks like something already may have beat you to eat with the hair scattered if not eat it looks pretty fresh possibly ? Strange they shot it in neck. Is that the preferred shot for poachers? They only see eyes so they shoot around them...yotes got the back last night,I'm gonna see what the backstraps are like

Put in a call to the Gamewarden. Chances are, if you have never had a problem on that place, there is somebody night hunting. They probably shined and shot it hoping it was a buck. It’s time to teach some poachers an expensive lesson. Once that starts, it keeps going. Sorry you are dealing with that. It ain't the 1st time...I've seen a couple with heads cut off...theys 1000 acres here with crops and no homes around...I told the warden last year but I may just have to catch em myself I did get the backstraps...
