Have to laugh watching reruns of Banacek seeing old style restaurants. I remember the treat going to a restaurant when lobster thermidor and Caesar salad was fancy food. Rich food. You can still find Caesar salad but not lobster thermidor or newburg. Old heavy 70s meals at restaurants are gone.
